Pricing

VoterTag pricing is based on the number of registered voters in your election or jurisdiction. Our mission is to help your team win the election and support as many campaign workers as you can mobilize. Thus you can have an unlimited number of user accounts and there are no per-user fees.

VoterTag lets campaigns mobilize an unlimited number of campaign workers at no extra cost.

Campaign Plans

  • Free Demo

    If you want to try out VoterTag for free, you can use our Demo precinct lists and simulate canvassing operations at no cost. Just Signup for a free user account to get started.

  • Level 1. Precinct

    Use of VoterTag with up to 500 registered voters from your lists is only $ 500. Even if you want to try out VoterTag with your own data, it still requires data loading and conversion work by our engineers to get your voters into our mapping system.

  • Level 2. Council

    For races of 500 to 2,000 registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 750 per campaign. Voter canvassing can make a crucial difference in council and small district elections. This price includes support and a training session for the campaign leaders.

  • Level 3. Municipal

    For races of 2,000 to 20,000 registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 1,000 per campaign. Voter canvassing in municipal elections helps turn out the vote in key constituencies.

  • Level 4. County

    For races of 20,000 to 80,000 registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 1,500 per campaign. At the county large municipality level, voter canvassing boosts name recognition and voter awareness that can swing an election.

  • Level 5. District

    For races of 80,000 to 200,000 registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 2,500 per campaign. VoterTag can be used as a key tool for phone bank and other outreach programs as well as door-to-door canvassing.

  • Level 6. Large District

    For races of 200,000 to 500,000 registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 5,000 per campaign. VoterTag lets campaigns share questionnaires and voter lists so long as all the campaign accounts are funded from the same source or written permission is granted.

  • Level 7. Metropolitan

    For races of 500,000 to 1 million registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 10,000 per campaign. VoterTag allows delegation of event management to multiple campaign staff members so that each team can organize and execute their assignments efficiently.

  • Level 8. State

    For races of 1 million to 10 million registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 25,000 per campaign. VoterTag supports staffing and execution of many kinds of local events that can be organized and targeted using our mapping technology with list break-out tools.

  • Level 9. Regional / National

    For races with over 10 million registered voters VoterTag is priced at $ 55,000 per campaign. VoterTag lets volunteers sign up anywhere, anytime and get started helping your campaign very quickly.



Included Services

All our paid campaign plans are based on Flat Rate Pricing for the entire campaign period of up to twelve (12) months and require payment or deposit prior to data loading. We also require an agency letter confirming that the use of VoterTag is authorized by the campaign and only intended for political advocacy purposes.


Multi-Campaign Integration and Management

  • FREE For multiple campaigns with shared management and resources, VoterTag allows granualar control and sharing of questionnaires, events, and staff. Each campaign, however, must purchase the applicable VoterTag service plan.

List Uploads

  • FREE You can upload as many voter lists as you like for your campaign provided they are 20 MB or less each, include latitude and longitude, and are formatted like our MS Excel Example file. For larger files or non-standard formats, your first file load is free but subsequent loads or customizations may incur additional charges.

Canvassing Data Downloads and Reports

  • FREE We have online tools for you to run and download our standaridzed reports with performance metrics and status updates. This data is available in HTML, XLS, or CSV format. We also have automated nightly reporting via email.

Other Services

These services are not needed by everyone, but are available as add-on services for those that need them.


GeoCoding

  • $0.03 We can perform geocoding services to look-up latitude and longitude for your registration addresses. There is a processing fee of $ 0.03 per address located. Please allow one calendar day of processing time per 3,000 addresses submitted.

Customized Data Import Template

  • $ 450 If you want to perform repeated list imports using your own customized file format template, we can design and code a customized template for your organization. This fee is per-template but each template can be used an unlimited number of times for data upload.

Customized Reporting, Data Export or Interfaces

  • Negotiable VoterTag already includes reporting tools that include download in Excel or CSV format. However, if you want integration and automation with 3rd party systems or customized report packages, there may be additional charges on a negotiated basis depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

Voter Lists Acquisition

  • Negotiable Although we find that most campaigns these days already have a copy of lists of registered voters, VoterTag can assist with acquisition services and consulting if needed.

Canvassing lists and routes can be geocoded and displayed on the user's device using mapping and navigation tools.

Street Lists can be sorted by even / odd address, street, route, etc. Lists can also be filtered as time availability and field conditions change.
